I was a long time TextMate user but now I'm spending most of my time
in front of linux; it's bringing me back to emacs.  I'll see what I
can do. Though all those things that I'd like to add will take me a
while to figure out. :)

I made a patch to the indent matching. It was mis-indenting  alias
metaparamers (ending with "},"). It should show up on the dev list
shortly.

I've seen varous completion packages but maybe we can figure something
out from ruby or rails mode.
