Yes, epel 4. Hmmm; looking more closely, that particular dependency error wasn't from puppet; the one from puppet was ruby(abi) = 1.8 (for both facter and puppet). But if I have the EPEL repository installed I'll get hosed on other stuff next time I update. Aha!
