Facter 2.4.3 is an All-In-one Agent support release in the Facter 2.4
series that also includes two improvements to performance, as well as
multiple bug fixes.

*AIO Updates*

In this release, we've added a new external fact directory for the root
user, `/opt/puppetlabs/facter/facts.d`. The corresponding new per-user
external fact location is `~/.puppetlabs/opt/facter/facts.d`.

*Performance Improvements*

Included in this release are two improvements to performance and speed:

   - Reduced calls to `ip link show` within Facter's networking utilities.
Previously, the number of times this call was made could present a problem
   if many interfaces were present.
   - Improved the speed of the `puppetversion` fact in standalone Facter.

*Bug Fixes*

   - Two SELinux related fixes on Debian and RHEL7
   - Increased the timeout threshold for `prtdiag` for large Solaris systems
   - A `xendomains` fact fix for Debian hosts
   - An update to the EC2 set of facts to only load once and avoid "already
   evaluated" errors
   - An update to the operatingsystem set of facts to properly recognize
   CoreOS
