This should probably be considered 'beta' quality right now, as we're
actively working on improving the back-end library that is used to manage
the config files so that it does a better job of retaining formatting when
you round-trip a config file to/from disk, but here's the module we intend
to use for managing these files:

Interesting.  HOCON does support that but I don't think our Ruby library
does yet, because we weren't really sure whether people would want to use
it.
