What you will need to figure out  is if pro tools supports external MIDI or 
playing sounds on external MIDI Devices.  You will also need to connect the 
analog outs of the Yamaha keyboard to the analog in of your audio interface and 
record the sounds to an audio track. 
If pro tools supports sending MIDI out an external device then you can make 
this happen.
