I figured it out guys. I opened a session that the sample rate is 48KHz, and when it opene couldn't hear any audio. Then I went into set-up where I found the playback engine was set to Zoom. Ever since I have Zoom on my computer, the playback often changes to Zoom But the problem of the session not opening has not happened to me before. Now, it fixed and I can do what I need to do in ProTools. Thanks all.
