Hey Slau,
My apologies for not being able to schedule any time for a phone call
over the past week.
However, just an update on steps I took and where I am with this situation now.

I upgraded to PT 2020.9 and kept my FloTools 2020.3 installation in-place.
When I opened a project, I was able to use the Shift+Up/Down arrow
keys to change the active playlist, with VoiceOver running, and it
worked as it should.

However, none of my FloTools macros were working, so I updated to
FloTools 2020.5.

When I reopened the same Protools project to test the playlist
shortcut keys again, they no longer worked.

If I disable voiceover, the keys work correctly. But when I re-enable
it, they do not, even with all of the upgrades.

Do you have any suggestions for me to try, until I'm able to get
enough time to schedule a call with you?

Thanks so much.
