I meant Pro Tools update, not OS update might put the Facebook plugins back in.

I have no idea if anything has to do with this, but I don't think Pro Tools officially support 10.15.6.

Hi, how are you? What you suggested had already been done in terms of removing anything that had fb in the title.  I wonder that after updating the os from Catalina 10.15.5 to Catalina 10.15.6 would bring back things that had already been deleted? I just thaught that I would ask.  I Don't remember having the problem where the ks88 mk2 is not being recognized by the mac mini.  That has never happened befor.  I don't know what else it could be but after the recognizing of the ks88 mk2 is restored then i'll be able to check for firmware updates.  Another question is can I try to install firmware updates using my windows computer?  at least this way they are installed.

Have you try deleting FaceBook 360 plugins?

For some users, Facebook plugins that come with Pro Tools
interfere with Accessibility for Komplete Kontrol.

You can find them in /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins.

Delete everything that starts with FB360.

Or you can move them to Plug-Ins (Unused) folder if you don't want
Pro Tools to reinstall when you update.

Hi list members, I'd like to know if anyone else has had the
    following problems with ks88 mk2?  1.  The ks88 mk2 is not being
recognized by the mac mini.  2. When I try to turn on
accessibility by pressing both the shift+mix buttons at the same
time nothing happens.  these are the current problems that I'm
experiencing but I've also read in ni support that other people
have had the same problems.  I've even tried to turn off the
ks88 and turn it back on again but still nothing.  I even tried
to arm a track in pro tools but nothing.  I'm not sure what the
problem is but I didn't find any solution that I thaught could
solve at least one of the problems.  May be someone may be able
to do a remote session just to see what i'm talking about.  P.S.
I also would like to ask if I should try to use the ks88 on a
windows system just to see what happens?  I'm not sure if it
would fix the not being recognized by my mac mini but I just
thaught I would ask.  Thank you for any information that you
might have that could solve both of these problems.
