Hi David,
I'm replying both directly and to the PTAccess list where such questions are 
helpful to others and you might get others' perspectives.
There's no specific reason to go to Catalina except that you'd then be able to 
use VOCR which can really come in handy. Other than that, there's no specific 
reason to upgrade as it concerns Pro Tools.
