Hi Jimmy, Either Keyboard Maestro or Flo Tools will indeed help. First, a question: When clicking on that control, does a standard menu open so that you can simply arrow up and down and VoiceOVer speaks the menu items? If so, you're all set. Second, you'll need to place the mouse pointer right on the spot that needs to be clicked and, with Flo Mouse enabled, press Command+Option+Shift+c to speak and copy to the clipboard the current mouse coordinates.
