I just changed your subject because it isn't related to VOCR. You can download Flogic here. https://github.com/chigkim/Flogic/archive/master.zip You can find some tutorials here. http://accessmtech.com/index.php?title=Category:Logic_Pro However, Flogic doesn't work on latest logic anymore due to many changes that Apple made for their UI elements. I believe you have to use old Logic 10.4.3. I have plan to update at some point, but unfortunately too many things to do, too little time.
