Hi John, Well, there could be any number of things going on and it would be a long series of questions and answers between us to try and figure out, not only what's going on but how to explain certain aspects of using Komplete Kontrol. Indeed, you absolutely need a Komplete Kontrol keyboard to access instruments. The M32 is a good way to go if you do have another full size keyboard as well. Again, it's a lot to explain.
