Hello Slau! Just to be shure I duplicated the situation as follows:
Lounching Pro Tools 2019.6 including Flo Tools 2019.5.1; Creating a new session using the Flo Tools template; Creating a click track; Adding 2 instrument tracks; Selecting the click trak (first track); When now pressing Control+Semicolon, the click track keeps selected and VO announces that track.
