The issue with having people remote in is that any time you need to
make on the fly changes you're stuck dealing with customer service
etc. It's definitely not any substitute. If you're looking for fully
idependant manipulation of settings and controls definitely skip the
focusright stuff. If you can handle letting someone set it and forget
it then the world is your oyster.
