martin, First thing I would try is to open a command-line and just type the word:
make then press enter. If that works, we've elimiated one possibility. Next type: brew doctor Again press enter. This will verify whether you have all necessary components. There's no uninstaller per se, however everything is bassed on the file named: install.command which is literally a textfile containing the commands necessary to download and install the various components. The entire thing is based on home-brew. This means that you can "brew uninstall" the various packages.
