Ok, I just got a Scarlett 8I6 Is it normal to have the power supply be
really easy to pull out of the back of the unit. also is there a power
switch to turn on and of the unit.
I gather that Focusrite does not make this unit anymore.
I fout that the scarlet mix control software is not accessible for the
blind, Nor does it work with the focusrite controler software on IOS.
If anyone has this unit I have some presets I can offer to those who
have this unit. that you can manually load to accomplish switching
different situations.I also got an Art tube MP studio Mic pre which
works great for fifty dollars. When using this Mic pre how do you get
rid of the tub hum when using the twenty db boost That you need to use
for dynamic microphones.
I can send a sample of the Mic pre if anyone is interested.
I should Also let you all know the unit I got was Used.
