Hi guys. I’m looking at investing in a new control surface. at present I have the Makki MCU pro. which is ok, but it’s getting old, and is not totally supported by protools anyway. I’m wondering about reckemondations for a surface these days. I’m thinking about one of the avid surfaces. maybe the avid artist, or the 16 channel avid. What are your thoughts on this, or should I be looking at something else. I really have gotten used to having 16 faders. So i’ll need to stay with this. But I think the avid artist can be extended.
