Guys,
I have an mp3 which I recorded with my digital voice recorder of a band playing. Yes, I did have permission to do so. I'm not that far gone. LOL!
The whole mp3 is about an hour long, and is all one file with multiple songs within it.
What I'd like to do is to use ProTools to manually mark the beginning of each song, then somehow bounce each region, or however I'd have to do it, out as a separate mp3.
This way, I could burn it on a CD, but have track marks separating each song on to its own track number on the disc as aposed to just one big long recording.
What's the best method to tackle this, along with the steps/keystrokes to make it happen? I'm very very good at selecting audio in PT, in general. I've not done much though with regions or the like though, so the more detail you can give me, the better. I think once I do it, it'll become very easy, as I do tend to learn pretty quickly.
