Hi Jim Welcome! I'm new here as well. There are people here which have much much more experience than I do. However if you play live sometimes it might be of a great value to have a keyboard which can generate sounds for itsself without a computer. As long it can be used as a midi keyboard you've got both covered nicely.

I decided to see if it might be better for me to get a keyboard that makes no sounds and just use my computer to make sounds, or if I should get a keyboard that makes sound, and also expand that capability by adding that ability on my computer. I was going to ask if it is a good idea to try ProTools First, to get the feel for what it is like to use a digital audio workstation, or which direction I should go in. If someone would be willing to advise me, I would be grateful. Thank you. Jim -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Pro Tools Accessibility" group.
