Have you tried waves tune? I just installed the waves tune realtime version, and all of the parameters appear to be fairly accessible through the plug-in window. The regular version of waves tune should offer more control and I would think would be similarly accessible. Also, Antares Auto-tune version eight should be fairly accessible, though I have not tried it yet personally.
