Hi Sean, This sounds like a similar situation we saw with Sound Radix where plug-in parameters were visible but couldn't be changed with VoiceOver. Is there a demo version of the plug-in? I'd be happy to download it and try it as well. We might be able to sort of put them in touch with the Sound Radix guys if they're using Juce as a platform, which many plug-in developers use.
