That guy is inaccurate or  at the very least complicated things. You do not 
need to choose the report cycle region only. Thats for when you just want to 
export a selected region thats not the entire song. If you want to export the 
entire project and want each track exported as a separate file, Just go the 
beginning of the project, Solo the first track, From the share menu select 
export song to disc. Select where you want to save it, name it appropriately 
and selection of the AIFF or Wav options.  Then unsold the first track and solo 
the second track, rinse and repeat.
