Actually, Slau, XPand2 has a key parameter. This is why I asked what
software instrument he was using, as if he's using that one, it's actually
darn easy to do.
I don't normally do it, seeing I can easily play in all 12 keys, but, I know
that it can be done, as I've done it over here in a pinch.

Hi Steve,
Transposing what you play into a DAW is a function of the keyboard itself.
I'd look into they keyboard's facility for transposition. Of course, it's
possible to transpose once the MIDI events have been recorded but, for
input, you'll probably have to figure it out from the source, from the MIDI
device.

Hi guys. Is there a way of transposing when playing a midi keyboard in to
protools.
I am a very basic keyboard player. I have an audio track, and i’ve
inserted an instrument track, and i’ve got my keyboard working fine, But i
need to transpose my keyboard up a tone, so i can play along with the
track, is there a way of doing this.
I seem to have found lots of ways of transposing prerecorded things, but
how do you do it going in to p t.
