I'm pretty sure there's a separate Time Shift plug-in. I really can't remember 
because I use a third-party plug-in called Pitch'n Time for both pitch and 
timing compression/expansion. You'll probably need to experiment a bit to find 
out how best to work with those plug-ins. Perhaps someone else has had more 
recent experience.
