It's also interesting to note that this is no different than what
Windows is doing.  Windows 2000 "supports" the HT processors, but treats
them as 2 separate physical CPUs.  For a 2-CPU system, you actually need
a 4-CPU license.  For Windows XP, HT is "fully aware" and counts the
logical cpus different than physical cpus.
