Vikash, What if you do a mii-tool -v -A 100baseTx-HD eth0 That is assuming you are running this on eth0. What kind of cable are you using? Does the switch/hub you are connected to support 100mb on the user port?

Attempting to reconfigure the output is the same as the above. The card drivers installed by default on installation of linux is 3com 3c590/3c595/3c90x/3cx980. Is this acceptable driver ?
