depends.  There is no command "screensaver" running.  But that's not the

What I was trying to point out, if a user disables the screensaver (i.e. 
chooses not to have a screen saver), then the screen should never blank, 
because that's what is chosen.  If you want a blank screen saver, you have 
to choose the screen saver "blank".

Though I assume that's not what you are looking for.
