As did I - until recently.

It seems that if I install both desktops and the applications for both on my rh8 workstation, I'm able to pick the applications I prefer on either desktop. I don't expect them all to work, but I'm pleased with what does work.

For example galeon, gftp, gnome-system-monitor.desktop, and gnorpm (from rh 7.3) all have been solid with KDE.

I've also used konqueror (as a file manager) and (I think) quanta too under gnome2.

My customers seem happy with gnome2.

But, I switched back to KDE after about two days with gnome2.
