The system I've got has rh7.3 installed, and with the rpms currently in rawhide for that system (XFree86-4.2.0-8) I've got no support for the 82845G. The rpms for rh8.0 are a higher patchlevel (XFree86-4.2.0-72), though, so they might have included support by now. The developer rarely uses console on this system, so I'm able to wait however long it takes for updates to come out supporting the 82845G; I havn't chased this very hard. -- Michael D.
