You need to open TCP 137:139 and UDP 137:139 ports in your firewall configuration.

Click System Settings -> Security Level
Click Costumize
Fill the box next to Other ports: (1029:tcp) with 137:tcp,138:tcp,139:tcp,137:udp,138:udp,139:udp
Click Ok

Browse again from Network Neighborhood in your windows boxes, hopefully you can see your linux server now.
