OT: Unable to play Diana Krall CD

apologies to everyone if this is considered off topic. but i just bought the most recent Diana Krall CD (Verve) "A Night in Paris" and I can't play ANY of the audio tracks.

this doesn't work under linux or windows or mac os x. if very confused. is this some new anti-piracy format on the audio cd? if anyone knows i'd appreciate some info.
