Right-click on redhat icon, select panel/Add/button then select any app from
menus. After that you can right-click new button, select properties and
change the command if you wish. That's the best I could find, but I'm
certainly a Gnome fan :)

BTW, how can I change keyboard layout/language in Gnome? I found out how to
do it in KDE, but can't do that in Gnome.
