I think only some simple typing errors:

#include <iostream>
//              ^^^
int main()
{
   std::cout << "Hello World\n";
//  ^^^
   return 0;
}

> [Irv@snail cplusplus]$ gcc helloworld.c -o helloworld
                        
[Irv@snail cplusplus]$ g++ helloworld.c -o helloworld
                      ^^^^^
