To the original poster: Evolution is in the midst of being ported to Gtk2, so it won't have antialiasing for a while. There's been recent talk of this on http://www.gnomedesktop.org (look at the Evolution 1.2 RC announcement.) Mozilla 1.2b packages for Red Hat 8, with Xft2 and full antialias support, are now available at Mozilla's FTP site: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.2b/Red_Hat_8x_RPMS/ These work beautifully.
