You could also activate the imap server on the RH machine, add the imap account to your Express mail, move all your mail onto the imap inbox, close Express, add the imap account to Mozilla, then pull down the mail into Mozilla. However, this might alter the dates on the email. It's been a while, so I'm not sure.
