I have suddenly run accross a very strange problem. My keyboard has stopped working in Gnome. If I log in as another user, the keyboard works just fine. If I log in a myself using the Failsafe session, the keyboard works just fine.
This seeming happened spontaneously -- one minute I was typing away in Gnumeric and the next thing I know my keyboard stops responding. Any ideas where I would start troubleshooting? I have tried moving out of the way all my .gnome* directories but that seems to have no effect. I have been using this laptop for more than a year now and I would rather not create a new user and try and recreate all my settings. Thanks, -Nevin
