Actually, if you want to be pedantic.... It is "X", "X11", or "The X Window System". It is _not_ "X Windows". "X Windows" is common slang, but pedantically is incorrect. Common enough slang that various XFree86 source code files actually used it until recently when someone corrected all occurrances of this. ;o) -- Mike A.
