Got to the redhat menu (bottom left) -> Preferences -> Personilization (the
one that has crypto, accesibility etc in it). From here go to 'login
manager' or 'system manager' - can't remember which. You can then select
what happens upon logout - shutdown the system, reboot it or login as a
different user. Also you can un-set logout confirmation, so one click of the
logout button and your system will shutdown.
