I knew about the European distribution carrying it for some time, but the English version (I assume that you mean the version distributed in England --- or do you mean the US) is new. Still why can't it be in the US versions.

Apart from that, the ISO image on ftp.redhat.de and the main site
has been mentioned regularly on the these mailing-lists.
