It's fixed in rawhide version of kdebase.

I installed the new rawhide kdebase and other packages that were dependencies. The screen saver in general works, but the "Random" choice simply results in a black screen. It is not the "Blank Screen" saver in the list as I changed its color and it does not show up when the screensaver activates.

Any idea how to get the random one to work? I appreciate having the screensaver change over time as it does in Gnome when random is selected.

Should I add this comment to the former bugzilla?
