I'm having problems with my Ultratrack TX8 as well. My problem is
a lockup in the Ultratrack bios on faster computers. The RAID works
find on my older dual PII/300 server. When I connect it to my dual 2.2G
XEON screamer and try to copy an ISO image to it, it hangs.
This is under RedHat 7.3. I have tried it with multiple
SCSI controllers on multiple fast hosts.
Promise indicated they would have have a fix this month --
butt so far no fix. You might want to ping on them.
