This isn't a list just for blind people however, it is a list for 
everyone.  I do know there are indeed a few blind people reading 
this list too, long time RH'ers.

In the end people will do as they wish, generally with complete 
disregard for any advice or rationalization from the other side, 
so it's really quite a moot point.

Personally, I look at reply-on-top messages less than others, and 
often (but not always) just hit DEL.  In particular when people 
write me directly for something, and reply quoting my entire 
email, and leaving only a couple of lines on top, I usually just 
hit DEL and cancel the communication.  Unless of course it is 
something incredibly important or to my own benefit or similar.
