http://www.idir.net/~gromitkc/20020829a.html You may need to work out the exact model number, "PCI56AVP Model A, Ambient MD5628D-L-B (HaM) chipset", I managed in the past to run a modem with the same chipset- the drivers came from Intel (a quick search and I couldn't find a direct-link, spend a bit of time searching and you might find compatible drivers.). "PCI56AVP Model B, Ambient MD5628D-L-C (536EP) chipset" - not sure about this chipset. >From the database it looks as though they might work if you can find the drivers..
