After installing rh8 from harddisk had to install ipchains to get up pmfirewall , I dowloaded this from redhat site in tar form. this failed to tar -xzf so I downloaded the rpm from planet mirror.
set up pm firewall to ip masq edited /etc/syconfig/network /etc/sysctl.conf hosts.deny hosts.allow still havent got masq working.. also canceled first boot would like to run it again, easiest way (I will probable find out after running updatedb) regards Peter
