Anyone know a quick rsync server?

My iso is no good for CD3 (should have checked them
yesterday as soon as I downloaded) and I'm trying to setup
a machine for a friend tonight (it's 5:15pm here in East Aus)
I've tried the local aarnet rsync but after a few hours it only
showed 15%
(faster to download the whole thing again - 4 hours at 50Kbit!)
I hope it is only partially corrupt so the download should be
quick, but I guess the rsync server needs to be pretty hefty
ro do an rsync checksum on 646M file.
Any suggestion gretfully accepted.

Otherwise, I have this little program that I just hacked together
that generates simple 1,000,000 byte checksums of a file - the output
on disc3.iso would be appreciated (then I can fix the file myself
using a patial web download of the corrupt bits)
Email me if you would be so generous as to run this for me asap.
