Isolinux shouldn't really change the way you build your images. Most cd bootloaders all do the same thing, in the end, they boot the same image file. A good place to check out the features of both kickstart and anaconda-runtime, would be to look at the mailing list archives for them. There are lists dedicated to both of them.
