In the directory containing the .iso files and the MD5SUM* files, run:
md5sum -c MD5SUM (or MD5SUMS, one is gpg signed, the other is not)
It will take a few minutes to complete, and display a pass/fail message 
for each file.

Like so:
$ md5sum -c MD5SUM
psyche-i386-disc1.iso: OK
psyche-i386-disc2.iso: OK
psyche-i386-disc3.iso: OK
psyche-i386-disc4.iso: OK
psyche-i386-disc5.iso: OK
