After a little searching, I see that the proper way to get ALL the fonts to change is to use a `*' in place of `window' in their example.

Sorry for the slightly off-topic question, but does anyone know how to change the font in the Mozilla user interface? (Not the fonts for web pages, but the actual program itself.)
