My machine locks up while booting immediately after installing. The last line displayed before it locks up is, "Freeing unused kernel memory: 233k freed." I've tried several different install configurations with the same results (Personal desktop, workstation, etc.). Here is my system configuration:
Intel Celeron 466 Processor (It is a laptop, but it is NOT a mobile processor) 224 MB RAM The laptop brand is Jetta (http://www.jetta.com) I don't believe they still make this model, it is almost 2 years old now. Any help is appreciated, I did some research and I think it might have to do with the processor or something, since it is locking up during init. Thanks, Andrew R Picek
