The LOGISTIC REGRESSION command has been recently added to PSPP.

Logistic regression enables one to find the coefficients of one or more
predictor variables explaining a dichotomous dependent variable, and to
investigate the significance of such explanatory relationships. Both
continuous and categorical predictor variables are supported as well as
interactions between variables.

This complements the existing linear regression and anova routines. Like most
procedures in PSPP it may be scripted, or run interactively either at the
terminal, or using the graphical user interface.

To use this feature, you will need to checkout and build a version from the
Git repository. Should you discover any bugs in it, please report them
as you would any other.
